Throughout life Casa Masover has bred cows, until 1992 we had brown and Friesian milk cows, from then on we dedicated ourselves to the breeding of organic Brown beef. You can currently find it on our Restaurant menu. At the same time we sell it so you can enjoy it at home too.
Our farm has about 65 sows that eat all year in the mountain pastures. In the summer they graze in the mountains of Llevata and the rest of the year, when the weather is good, in the fields of the Manyanet valley. In the winter they eat grass that I mow during the spring. If you come to our house, we encourage you to come one morning to watch a cow being milked, or milk it yourself, feed them or simply enjoy the animals as we do.
