Near the Sauvella winery, some rocks grow in an apparently mysterious way. This stone, pumice stone, was used in medieval construction throughout the region. Discover how this material was extracted from the old quarries and how it ended up shaping our winery. Of course, enjoy our top quality wines while you’re there.
